For years, I’ve made a variety of rods for people who like to target saltwater species with light tackle. Whether chasing striped bass or bluefish with topwater plugs, or targeting bottom fish with bucktails and jigs, these rods are designed to handle big fish and have proven themselves on the water. I’m always looking to offer the best product I can, which is why these rods are now available in two series: The Classic Series and The Premium Series.

The Classic Series are the original blank designs I’ve used for the past 10+ years on the popular Snap Jig Rod, Sound Rod, and other model inshore models. The blanks remain a favorite of many who love fishing for a variety of species and feature Fuji Alconite guides, Deluxe graphite reel seats, and hand turned cork and burl grips. Blanks are available in 3 paint colors (black, seafoam and dark blue), along with gloss/matte finishes and unlimited thread/trim options.

Our Premium Series incorporates all the same characteristics of the Classic in a higher quality, Made in America blank with upgraded components. Blanks are manufactured in a state-of-the-art facility in Texas and available in 20+ paint colors. Handles feature an upgraded Fuji TVS seat with the same premium grade, hand turned cork and burl grips. This ergonomic seat style offers a thinner overall feel adding to bite sensitivity, along with an integrated back lock to ensure your reel doesn’t move. Fuji Slim ring SiC guides are standard with titanium guides also an option. These are available in the Snap Jig Rod and Sound Rods currently with other models introduced in summer 2025.

Both series are available for purchase on the website or as a custom version made to your specifications. As always, our rods are 100% made on Long Island with the quality craftsmanship and attention to detail we’re known for.
