Compared to the Snap Jig, this versatile rod features a longer overall length (6'6"), wider jig range, and longer handle for easier casting. This rod is capable of throwing a variety of lures while still being light enough to snap or vertical jig with. 
 
Our Classic Sound Rod is a 6'6" ft RodGeeks blank rated for 10-20lb braided line, 1/2 oz to 2 1/2 oz jigs, and designed for a 3000-4000 sized reel. Blanks are available in 5 blank finishes and come with various thread/trim color options, handle materials and component finishes. We also offer our Premium version, which features a "Made in the USA" blank available in 20+ colors and upgarded Fuji TVS reel seat.
