As a light tackle and jigging fanatic, I have been fishing this rod for the past several seasons when I plan on targeting a variety of species and want the convenience of a spinning rod. Our inshore spinning rods are based off an MHX graphite blank and available in 6’6” and 7’0” lengths. Semi-Custom builds feature shaped EVA grips, Fuji Alconite guides, and assorted thread and component color choices. Custom versions are also available with custom burl grips, cork inlays, painted blanks, and upgraded guide/reel seat configurations.

Originally designed for vertical jigging and snap jigging inshore bottom fish like fluke, blackfish, sea bass, and cod, they are more than capable of fishing big plugs, large soft plastics on jig heads, live eels, and live bunker fishing as well for striped bass, bluefish, cobia, and small tuna. These rods feature a soft tip section with a moderate bend through the top half of the blank, transitioning to a powerful handle section to make a lightweight yet powerful rod.

The ML version is ideal for 1-5oz jigs/lures while the M version is rated for 2-8oz better suited heavy jigging, live bait, spoons, etc.

Jigging Version: ML blank trimmed to 6'6"with Single Foot Fuji Alconite K Guides (7 guides + tip). The shorter overall length and single foot guide configuration on "Jigging" models make the rod lighter in weight and keep the tip section sensitive with faster recovery. The rod is designed to be fished with a 3000-4000 size reel with 10-20lb braided line and makes a great choice for a variety of jigging techniques.

ML Version: 7'0" Double + Single Foot Fuji Alconite K Guides (2 double foots/5 single foots). The rod is designed to be fished with a 3000-5000 size reel with 15-30lb braided line and makes a great choice for casting/jigging and a variety of saltwater species.

M Version: 7'0" Double Foot Fuji Alconite K Guides (7 guides + tip). The rod is designed to be fished with a 4000-6000 size reel with 20-40lb braided line and makes a great choice for casting/jigging spoons, live bait fishing, and heavier fishing where a spinning rod is preferred.
